What are your standard trade terms and loading ports?
We support FOB, CNF, CIF, and EXW trade terms. Our primary loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai.

What shipment methods and payment terms do you accept?
Shipment can be arranged by sea, by air, or by express. For payment, we accept T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance against B/L copy), 100% irrevocable L/C at sight, Paypal, and Western Union.

What is the estimated lead time for samples and delivery?
The sampling lead time is 7-14 days. For bulk delivery, standard brand orders take 7-14 days, while ODM/OEM orders typically require 45-55 days.

What product warranty do you provide for quality assurance?
We guarantee that all products received by customers are fully qualified. If there are any broken parts, please send us detailed photos, and we will send replacements according to actual conditions.

How do you protect our intellectual property and legal rights?
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect your unique designs and ensure they are not sold to others. For large orders, we are also open to commercial agreements that secure product exclusivity for your company.

Are your materials eco-friendly, and can you supply FSC material?
Yes, professional and certified materials have been safely used since 2008. Every month, special batch paint is sent for SGS testing, and we operate internal product safety labs. We strictly comply with FSC regulations to maintain a sustainable, eco-friendly approach. FSC material is available at an 8% higher cost than standard options.
